HPO TECH is the factory: founded by three brothers whose team brings more than 15 years in hyperbaric engineering, diving rescue systems, military underwater technology and shipbuilding. Every key component is designed and made in-house, every chamber is hydrostatically tested above its maximum operating pressure and inspected by an independent third party before it ships, and the designs are patented in Turkey, the EU and the USA.

What is hyperbaric oxygen therapy?+
You breathe high levels of oxygen inside a pressurized chamber. The pressure lets oxygen dissolve directly into your blood plasma, so it can reach tissue that normal circulation cannot supply. That extra oxygen supports your body's own repair systems. Simply put: your body gets more oxygen, so it heals faster.
Can I come in and do a session?+
Yes. No Hype Hyperbarics is a physical facility at 168 Laurel Road, East Northport, New York. You can come in, see the chambers, and get in a real one. Online session scheduling is coming soon. Until then, book a time and a person confirms it.
What is an atmosphere? What does ATA mean?+
ATA means atmospheres absolute. It is how pressure is measured. Right now, at sea level, you live under 1 ATA. That is normal life. Our chambers run at 1.5 to 2.4 ATA, the same pressure you would feel about 16 to 46 feet underwater. Pressure matters because pressure is the dose. It is what pushes extra oxygen into your blood plasma. The number to remember is 2.0. That is where the published research starts. Much of what others sell tops out at about 1.3.
Everyone advertises 92%+ oxygen. What makes ours real?+
The difference is where the number is measured. Most sellers quote 92%+ at the machine, outside the chamber, before the oxygen travels anywhere. By the time it trickles through an open nose tube and mixes with the air around you, nobody measures it. Our 92%+ is measured at the mask. A sealed mask on your face, the last stop before your lungs, with your exhale leaving through its own line. One question cuts through every ad: was the oxygen measured at the machine, or at the mask? What is a session actually like?+
You sit in a reclining seat inside a cabin filled with normal air. The chamber comes up to pressure slowly, and your ears pop a little, like on a plane. Then you put on the oxygen mask and just breathe. There is climate control, an intercom to the outside, and entertainment, so most people watch something or rest. The chamber runs preset clinical protocols, and the therapy works as a series of sessions, not a single visit. One session lifts tissue oxygen for more than 30 hours, and the gains in the research came from showing up again and again.
What do I need to run one?+
Less than most people think, but the requirements are real. Floor space of about 18 by 9 feet for The One or The Two, and about 20 by 11.5 feet for The Four, including the oxygen equipment. A solid floor. Standard power and airflow for the oxygen concentrators. And a clear route in: the chamber arrives in pieces sized to pass a normal doorway and is assembled in your space. Before you spend a dollar, we check your floor plan, your power, and your delivery route. If it does not fit, we say so.
What certifications do these chambers actually hold?+
The vessel is built to ASME PVHO and carries the ASME U-Stamp. ASME is the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. PVHO stands for Pressure Vessels for Human Occupancy: certified not just to hold pressure, but to hold people. That is the part that sets our chambers apart. The chambers are certified as medical devices under the EU Medical Device Regulation, with ISO 13485 quality management and NFPA fire safety compliance. Every chamber is hydrostatically tested above its maximum operating pressure and inspected by an independent third party before it ships. And in 2026 our factory became the first dedicated HBOT manufacturer to earn full certification under the EU's new Medical Device Regulation, the strictest version of that law yet. Under it, every chamber carries its own device ID and is registered in the European medical device database, so your exact unit is traceable from the factory floor to your building.
How long is a session, and what is it like?+
Most sessions run 60 to 90 minutes. You settle into a reclining seat, the chamber pressurizes slowly with air, and you breathe oxygen through a comfortable mask. Your ears pop like on a plane, then it is calm. You can read, watch something, or sleep. Panoramic windows and an intercom keep it from feeling closed in.
How many sessions do I need?+
It depends on your goal. Published protocols run as a series of sessions, not a one time visit. A single session raises tissue oxygen for more than 30 hours, and the effects build across repeated sessions. Call us and we will walk through what the research supports for your situation.
Is it safe?+
Hyperbaric oxygen has been used in hospitals for decades. Our chambers keep the cabin pressurized with air and contain the oxygen inside a sealed mask circuit with CO2 removal, which is exactly how you handle high concentration oxygen safely. Emergency depressurization brings the chamber from 2.0 ATA to normal in 90 seconds. Most of this industry's horror stories trace back to uncertified equipment. That is what we built this company against.
